    U don’t necessarily have to do cardio. If you do sit ups or legraises I do mines with 20+dumbells on my back or on my leg but if u do. ur abs will bulge I do free running and that is a fun way to do cardio for those who don’t like boring jogging but eat healthy and u will get far

    Technically weight bearing exercises burn more fat than cardio. My guess as to why is that cardio burns glucemia at impressive rates to give quick energy. In order to replace this energy carbohydtates are needed. However, carbs are very different chemically to fats. It must be that the fat is consumed by the body when it repairs muscle that is damaged through weight-bearing exercises. Muscle fibers are damaged so the body repairs them, making them bigger and stronger.

    Argh! Can’t say that there was absolutely no way I couldn’t have fallen for that but still- that was massive let down. I MUST implore you to teach me how to get a body like that in any case. Errr… for the good of the Motherland, perhaps? (also a bespectacled Filipino here…)
