Last year was my heaviest and my belly was bulging that it makes me uncomfortable. So I decided to take charge to get rid of belly fat and lose weight.
I always crave for junk-food and chocolates and never bothered about my weight, belly, and overall appearance before. But I was getting uncomfortable with my clothes and had some difficulties breathing and doing physical activities even just walking and climbing stairs.
